Half of a farm-raised Angus beef, finished on grass and grain right here in Philadelphia, TN. With a half share, you’re getting the best of both worlds — steaks, roasts, ground beef, brisket, and more — all in one balanced package.

Most families take home around 175–200 lbs of packaged beef, depending on how you choose to have it cut. If you’d like to pick your own cuts, we’ll walk you through a custom cut sheet.

• Total: $1,500 per half share
• Deposit: $500 non-refundable to reserve your spot
• Balance: Remaining payment due before pickup or delivery
