Half Hog Share

A half hog is the perfect way to stock your freezer without going all-in on a whole pig. You’ll enjoy a little bit of everything—sausage, bacon, chops, roasts, ribs, and ham—raised right here on our farm the way animals were meant to live.

Each half hog averages 125–150 lbs hanging weight, which works out to about 55–70 lbs of packaged cuts, depending on your cut sheet. We’ll walk you through the process or you can use our standard sheet if you’d rather keep it simple.

To reserve your half, we require a $100 non-refundable deposit, with the balance ($250) due at pickup.
