Here’s your chance to bring home a real taste of the farm. A quarter of one of our Angus beef — born, raised, and finished right here in Philadelphia, TN. Each share is a “mixed quarter,” which means you’re not stuck with just front or back — you get a thoughtful balance of steaks, roasts, ground beef, and more.

On average, you’ll take home about 90–110 lbs of packaged beef (depending on how you choose to have it cut). You’re welcome to fill out your own cut sheet, or simply lean on our tried-and-true standard butcher list.

To make it yours:

• Total: $800 per quarter
• Deposit: $250 non-refundable (holds your share)
• Balance: Due before pickup or delivery
