Whole Hog Share

Nothing says abundance like a whole hog raised right here on our farm. This share fills your freezer with the full spectrum of flavors — sausage, bacon, chops, roasts, ribs, and hams — all from one animal that’s been well cared for on pasture.

Our hogs average 250–300 lbs live weight, which yields about 175 lbs hanging weight and typically 110–140 lbs of packaged pork, depending on your preferred cut sheet. If you’re not sure how to order, don’t worry — we’ll walk you through every step, or you can simply go with our trusted standard cut.

To reserve your hog, we require a $200 non-refundable deposit. The balance ($400) is due when your pork is ready.
